Colorful Stream Gallery offers a 45-Day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your painting to us for a full refund of your order. Please see details on our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.

 

  1. At ColorfulStream.com the reproductions are 100% hand painted. We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artists. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated, there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original.
  2. If requested by you during checkout, we will send a photo-picture of your painting via email for your approval before shipping. Our guarantee is that we'll revise your painting at no extra cost until it meets your expectations. If, in the event you are still unhappy with the painting after several rounds of improvements we would refund the order. PLEASE remember that photos do not accurately portray the painting. Our customers are nearly always much more pleased with the painting than they expected to be from viewing the photos.
  3. In the unlikely event that the painting was approved based on the photos but found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt, within 45 days from the day you receive the product, repackage and send it to us for more revisions or else for a full refund minus our actual shipping cost -- which is, on average, $25 per painting.. As soon as we receive the painting, we'll process the refund or more revisions.
  4. We also provide a full lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for paintings purchased from our website. The warranty covers damage from normal use. Damage caused by incidents such as accidents or inappropriate use are not covered. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted painting, paintings will either be repaired or replaced. The warranty service is provided free of charge.

Please note that the money back guarantee is not transferable to 3rd parties - you cannot order a painting for someone else only to “discover” that he is not interested and then ship the painting back to us for a refund. Please note that custom orders are not covered by the money back guarantee. Order of portraits (photos turned into paintings) are not covered once approved by the customer for shipping. As the paintings can only be fully appreciated in person, you cannot cancel an order and request for a refund based on a photograph alone. You must receive the painting first and examine it person. If you would then like to return the painting for a refund you must send it back to us.
